Selfridge Plating was founded by Howard Studaker in 1970. Back then, the family-owned company started out in a small 2,500 square foot shop with six employees doing hard chrome, black oxide and copper plating. Over the past thirty years, Selfridge Plating has expanded into a 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility with 65 employees (some still with us from Day 1!) offering a wide range of high-quality metal finishing services to an impressive list of clients in the aerospace and defense industries.

Selfridge Plating has grown because everyone here has a strong commitment to our customers' needs. We deliver quality work, on time and at a competitive price.
